Gold available for purchase at New York ATM

Stack's Rare Coins, run by Stack's Bowers Galleries, has opened a gold-dispensing ATM on New York's West 57th Street. 

Using a debit card, customers can purchase gold bars and silver coins from the ATM, according to an article in Scouting New York. 

Prices, which are updated every 60 seconds, are based on market value and currently range from $255 for 5 grams to $1,327 an ounce.

The gold bars are displayed in the ATM window for viewing, and customers also receive a gift box with each purchase, the article said.
