Free webinar on self-storage kiosks set for end of month

A free webinar on the use of kiosks at self-storage facilities is set for Sept. 27.

Robert Chiti, president and CEO of OpenTech Alliance Inc., and several self-storage operators from around the country, will share their personal experiences, explaining how kiosks function at their facilities and talk about kiosk enhancements designed to resolve common management issues. They also plan to debunk common kiosk myths such as "Kiosks do not provide personal service," Chiti said.

The online event will also include time for questions from the audience. Online registration is required prior to the event at MiniStorageMessenger.com/webinar.

OpenTech launched the INSOMNIAC line of self-storage kiosks in Marchand now has seven models. The company also offers the INSOMNIAC Live! call center and the INSOMNIAC Self Storage Network for online storage reservations and rentals.
