Elevate Awards entry deadline extended to April 30; new category added for employee-facing CX

The ICX Association is extending the entry deadline for its annual Elevate Awards to April 30 and has added a new category for experiences aimed at employees.

The Interactive Customer Experience (ICX) Association has announced that it is extending its entry deadline for the annual Elevate Awards to April 30. The Elevate Awards honor the individuals and organizations who are pacesetters in using technology to elevate the customer experience.

"We received a number of requests for an extension and we wanted to give more people an opportunity to submit," said David Drain, ICX Association managing director.

The Association has also decided to open up a category for "Employee-Facing ICX." This category recognizes achievement in solutions aimed at employees and improving the workplace experience, whether it be through communication, recognition, engagement, or interaction.

The awards will be presented at the #ElevateICX virtual symposium on July 15.
