Delhi using kiosks to keep kids in school

Express India: The Delhi Education Department has come up with a new concept to get students back into schools: Touchscreen computers installed in the outer wall of education facilities. Education Minister Arvinder Singh Lovely believes the kiosks, which will be concentrated in areas where dropout is high, will draw children to school because they are brightly colored and interactive.
