CVS announces wireless transfer ability on Kodak Picture Kiosks

November 15, 2012

CVS/pharmacy shoppers using the Kodak Picture Kiosks now have the ability to wirelessly transfer images from smartphones or tablets, according to an announcement.

In addition to expanding in-store photo services, CVS also offers shoppers on-the-go printing options with the CVS/pharmacy mobile app, allowing them to print photos directly from their smartphone or from their CVSphoto.com account for pick up at a local CVS the same day.

"With the addition of the new in-store mobile printing service, available at thousands of CVS/pharmacy Photo Centers, our customers have  another convenient option for creating photo gifts and greeting cards," said Rob Price, chief marketing officer for CVS/pharmacy. "Offering Wi-Fi access at our photo kiosks is part of our ongoing commitment to provide our customers with easy one-stop shopping for personalized gifts this holiday season."
