Coffee pod kiosk to accommodate workplaces

The kiosk will allow employees to skip the basics and select fancier brews.

Employees will now be able to forego the basic brews and select fancier Morning Joes with the K-Top Vending Machine. Designed by U-Select-It Inc., the vending kiosk is designed to dispense single-serve coffee pods, according to the press release.

The K-Top Vending Machine is designed to support up to 16 types of pods and hold 256 pods in total. According to the press release, it is an ideal solution for small and medium-sized businesses that do not have room for larger vending kiosks.

"The K-Top Vending Machine is the perfect solution for offices, educational institutions, hotels and areas with limitations that simply do not have the floor space to accommodate a full-size vending machine," said James Chico, vice president of Global Sales, USI. "Our customers appreciate that the K-Top Vending Machine is compact, easily fitting on a countertop. The K-Top Vending Machine is a great way to manage coffee pod inventory and reduce the office coffee expense."

The kiosk is designed to fit standard 36-inch countertops. It also utilizes energy saving LED lighting and an iVend system to guarantee dispensing, according to the press release.
