Cebu Air debuts self check-in kiosks

March 30, 2012

The Philippines' largest national airline, Cebu Pacific announced the installation of self check-in kiosks at eight additional airports across the Philippines in time for the peak summer travel period. The kiosks will enable faster check-in for passengers on any domestic Airbus flight, Cebu said.

"We hope our guests take advantage of this added convenience, so they can breeze through the check-in process this summer. This is similar to our web check-in service, which CEB also pioneered in the Philippines," said Candice Iyog, CEB VP for marketing and distribution.

CEB was the first Philippine carrier to offer self check-in starting last December from computer terminals in Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3. The service is now available at nine Philippines airports and can be used for check-in on all Airbus flights, from 90 minutes to 8 hours before a flight.
