Briggo Coffee partners with AI provider on self-service coffee kiosks

Briggo Coffee, which provides self-service coffee kiosks to airports and other locations, has signed an agreement with Foxconn Industrial Internet, a provider of artificial intelligence, cloud computing and supply chain management, to enable the self-service kiosk provider to scale its technology as it seeks global expansion.

Foxconn Industrial Internet will provide expertise in smart manufacturing and supply chain management in implementing production at the Wisconn Valley Science and Technology Park in Mt. Pleasant, Wisconsin, according to a press release.

Briggo Coffee's self-service kiosk leverages robotics, cloud computing, a mobile application and specialty coffee ingredients. Customers can order ahead from the Briggo Coffee mobile app or on the Coffee Haus kiosk touchscreens.

The Foxconn Industrial Internet partnership follows Briggo's Coffee Haus installment in San Francisco International Airport and its recently announced partnership with SSP America to expand to more North American airports.
