Analytical Design Solutions releases KioWare for Chrome OS

Analytical Design Solutions Inc. has introduced KioWare for Chrome OS, a kiosk application that secures the Chrome operating system and activates additional interactive kiosk features, according to a press release.

Users with the Chrome operating system can activate Chrome Kiosk Mode on their device, and then add the KioWare for Chrome OS kiosk application to provide additional features and security not available using Chrome OS kiosk mode alone.

Features include:

• Attract screen popup window control.
• Domain and page list blocking.
• User session management.
• Tabbed browsing.
• File download blocking.
• Clear private browser data.
• Custom toolbar skins.

KioWare for Chrome OS is not to be confused with KioWare for Windows, which secures the Windows operating system and uses a Chromium-based browser.
