Customer Engagement World Expo Preview

We admit it — we couldn't wait to see just what the exhibitors might be showcasing on the show floor at the upcoming Customer Engagement World in New York. Taking place Nov. 5-6 at the Javits Convention Center, CEW will be the nation's hotspot for customer-engagement technology during its two-day run. (See our full preview of CEW here.)

In anticipation of the event, we asked CEW exhibitors to provide us with some information on the products and technologies they'll have on the show floor. What follows are more than 20 companies' offerings. (Note: Nearly 100 companies are exhibiting in all at CEW 2014, so not everyone had time to respond due to our tight deadlines this time around; for a complete exhibitor list, see here.)
