Zebra Technologies and Tulip are collaborating to integrate Zebra's connected mobile computers with Tulip's composable frontline operations platform, creating a mobile-first manufacturing experience designed to streamline production and quality workflows, according to a press release.
The combined solution enables manufacturers to manage traceability, quality control, inventory and production tracking directly from handheld Zebra devices with out-of-the-box connectivity. The system aims to simplify digital transformation on the factory floor without increasing complexity for frontline workers.
"Manufacturers are looking for ways to accelerate digital transformation without adding complexity for their frontline teams," Tom Bianculli, chief technology officer at Zebra Technologies, said in the release. "This collaboration with Tulip enables our customers to pair Zebra's connected devices with an intuitive, mobile-first MES experience."
Tulip's ecosystem head Roey Mechrez said the partnership gives manufacturers flexible, human-centered tools that improve agility, compliance and productivity through AI-enhanced, scalable design.
