Ever wonder if your appearance screams chicken or fish? Now you can find out, at kiosks developed by Intel and Kraft. The grocery store kiosk scans a person's face and then suggests products and recipes based on her perceived age and gender, according to the New York Daily News.
The new in-store Kraft kiosk debuted last week at the 2011 National Retail Federation Show, and aside from cutting-edge Anonymous Video Analytics technology for facial scanning, it also has smart phone perks, including a barcode scanner that plans shopping lists and saves recipe ideas.
The new Meal Planning Solution kiosk is part of Intel's futuristic "Connected Store," a venture that groups retail giants such as Adidas, Procter & Gamble, Best Buy and Kraft under one roof for an interactive shopping experience.
