FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - WireSpring Technologies, a developer of software and technology for interactive kiosks and digital signage systems, announced that Diehl Motor Company has given away a new Suzuki using the FireCast/ZBMS showroom kiosk system.
The winner drove home a new vehicle on Dec. 31 as part of Diehl's year-end promotion, according to a news release. Diehl uses the kiosks in each of its locations to automate the customer registration and follow-up process, resulting in increased sales volume and higher customer satisfaction.
In addition to touchscreen guest registration kiosks at auto dealers nationwide, WireSpring also offers dynamic digital signs that display new car information, current specials and informational content on the showroom floor.
The showroom kiosk system, in use at Diehl and dealer groups nationwide, makes the sales process more efficient through a four-step process. The process includes collecting customer information using a touchscreen interface, printing forms to streamline the quote and purchase process, distributing coupons and tracking customer behavior via a centralized CRM system.
"Diehl's success in using self-service kiosks to optimize their sales process serves as a model for any auto dealer seeking to maximize their sales volume and customer satisfaction scores," said WireSpring chief executive officer William Gerba.
While most auto dealers see sales growth of 15 to 20 percent from the system, Diehl Toyota has achieved a 79 percent sales increase. Across the seven-dealer group, sales have increased by an aggregate of 125 cars per month.
