Washington firm launches RFID payment program

Bellingham Herald: Accelitec has unveiled its PayPilot RFID-based payment system, which uses a touchscreen kiosk to dispense chip-enabled cards. Chief executive officer Thomas Bartz said the system is ready to go, after three-and-a-half years in development.
