Vcom kiosk offers 'free month' promotion

Orlando Sentinel: Customers who pay their Kissimmee Utility Authority bill at an area 7-Eleven store this month will be entered to win a free month of utility service. Each store contains a Vcom or "virtual commerce" kiosk where a bill can be paid using cash, a checking account or an ATM debit card. To help customers get acquainted with the service, KUA is waiving the $1.50 transaction fee until Jan. 31.
