Using RFID to drive up business

RFID Journal - All Night Auto will use RFID loyalty cards and self-service kiosks as part of a pilot program to help the company improve efficiency and customer service. During the trial tablet PCs will be equipped with an RFID reader that retrieves the customer's vehicle information and repair history. The kiosks will help the company determine whether use of its RFID customer card can be extended to a kiosk application that would allow users to choose from a list of loyalty awards.
