San Diego-based USA, Inc., a provider of antenna solutions to the M2M and IoT market, launched two new 2x2 LTE MIMO antennas. The MA240 and MA241 "Genesis" antennas support global cellular 3G and 4G LTE coverage, with GNSS included in the MA240. The Genesis antennas are intended for M2M applications such as transportation, remote monitoring, business continuity and contingency planning.
The MA240 and MA241 are external, adhesive-mount antennas allowing for installation inside kiosks or ATMs.
Designed for high efficiency and gain, the antennas aim to achieve the required signal-to-noise ratio and throughput for high-speed data uplink and downlink. They meet ECC and isolation guidelines and include low-loss cables intended to optimize transmission, reception, throughput and speed.
