Unicru announces new on-site device, IVR hiring solution

PORTLAND, Ore. and NEW YORK - Addressing the unique on-site hiring challenges of small footprint retailers and restaurants, Unicru Inc. announced two new application capture options, according to a news release. The first is HirePort, a proprietary low-cost, off-line, application capture and hiring management station. The second option is support for Interactive Voice Response for applicant capture screening via phone.

HirePort is a mobile, easy-to-use device designed to capture employment applications for a wide range of environments. HirePort can be permanently mounted and wired for automatic applicant processing. It can also be used as a portable unit. HirePort's low maintenance versatility makes it ideal for additional deployment options including mass hire and new store openings.

Unicru's IVR capability can be used in conjunction with both on-site and Web-based candidate experiences to maximize an organization's ability to attract the widest possible candidate pool.
