Transnet brings wireless access to SuperPantry stores

PLANTATION, Fla. - Transnet Wireless announced in a news release that it will install its Wi-Fi Hot Spot Internet kiosks in two Illinois SuperPantry stores.

"Wireless access is now a necessity among consumers, especially in the retail, travel and hospitality markets," said Brad Cartwright, president of Transnet Wireless. "The deal with SuperPantry will bring its stores to the forefront in terms of services offered to its customers, and will further our presence in the Midwest and the travel center market as a whole."

Transnet Wireless is a member of the Airpath Provider Alliance, the global standard for comprehensive Wi-Fi roaming, with 600 providers operating more than 3,500 hotspots and counting in more than 23 countries.
