Ticketing, recharging kiosks coming to Indian train stations

The Kolkata Metro Rail Corporation in India plans to install automated ticket vending machines and smart card recharging consoles to shorten the waiting lines at the Singapore and Delhi metro train stations, according to The Telegraph India.

The agency will post a person next to each automatic ticket vending machines to help passengers use it. There will be one automatic ticket vending machine installed at each station and a smart card recharge machine.
