The Ysleta Independent School District in El Paso, Texas, has introduced service excellence kiosks at every campus and central office in an effort to provide superior customer service, according to El Paso Inc.
The kiosks offer a computer tablet with a three-question survey to allow visitors to give feedback on the level of customer service they received before leaving the building.
The district launched the service excellence campaign in August 2017 to promote a service-oriented culture.
