LOMBARD, Ill. - Sunset Foods, a chain of upscale supermarkets in the Chicago area, has selected Adusa, Inc.'s S4g/Deli self-service solution for deployments in its stores, according to a news release.
"We want to offer our customers the best possible products and services and that makes the self-service kiosk a natural fit for our stores," said Frank Lomoro, vice president and general manager for Sunset Foods. "Our delis are very busy, and so the kiosk will help to reduce lines and give our associates more time to interact with the customers that prefer the face-to-face approach."
Sunset Foods will start with Adusa's Deli module, but will look to add additional self-service features in the future.
