Self-service payments to top $450 billion by 2008

ePaynews: According to a new report from IHL Consulting, self-check-out systems in the U.S. will process transactions totalling $161 billion in 2005, increasing to more than $450 billion by 2008. Ninety-four percent of respondents to the study had tried self-checkout systems, but needed employee help one out of three times.
