The Age (Australia): Tennis and retail technology are joining forces at this year's Australian Open, with sponsor IBM using the two-week grand slam tournament to showcase one of the latest retail technologies - the computerized in-store kiosk - for the first time in Australia. The touchscreen kiosk, located in the tournament shop beside the Rod Laver Arena, allows shoppers to find information about various products and place orders. The product is delivered to their homes within two or three days.
