Seiko Instruments USA names regional sales manager for thermal printer division

Seiko Instruments USA Inc. has named James Prince as regional sales manager for the thermal printer division in Western U.S. and Canada. Prince will be based in Dallas and will oversee distributors and sales representatives for POS, smart label, panel mount, mobile printer and smart label printer products. 

Prior to joining Seiko Instruments, Prince was a field sales representative for distributor Wesgarde Components Group. He also previously served as Gulf Coast manager for CODE Corp. Prince also has held positions in the POS printer channel — at Fujitsu, he was sales channel manager for North America, and at Star Micronics, he was technical sales manager for OEM channel sales.
