Seiko Instruments announces POS printer

Seiko Instruments USA Inc. thermal printer division has announced its RP-F10 printer.

The RP-F10 POS printer is designed for diverse markets, including POS/ECR, gaming, retail, healthcare and other settings. The printer, like its RP-E and Lite Model RP-D counterparts, is built upon freeing up space. 

Credited with originally designing and producing the "cube" POS design printers, Seiko's POS printer will offer a soon-to-be released, dedicated 4.3-inch optional color LCD screen. 

"With this newest addition to our POS printer line, we have taken technology, speed and now, targeted customer messaging to the next level when it comes to POS transactions," Yoshi Murakami, general manager, Seiko Instruments USA thermal printer division, said in the press release. "This is especially a top priority for our company, as both we as an organization, and our end user customers and partner and distributor networks, continue to move further within the digital transformation age."
