Saratoga Springs installs interactive kiosks for enhanced visitor experience

Interactive kiosks have been installed in Saratoga Springs to enhance the visitor experience and provide customized travel itineraries, according to a Saratoga Today Newspaper report.

Located at the Heritage Area Visitor Center and City Center, the TrueOmni Visitor Experience kiosks offer visitors access to local business listings, attractions, maps, ADA-accessible information and current events. Visitors can also receive information via text or email for on-the-go convenience.

Discover Saratoga, the county's tourism promotion agency, believes the technology will revolutionize how visitors engage with the destination and tailor their experiences to their specific interests.
