Reno Housing Authority launches self service kiosks

The Downtown Reno Public Library has partnered with the Reno Housing Authority to launch a self service kiosk that connects users to housing resources, according to a 2 News Nevada report.
The kiosk will help users access RHA information, forms as well as the ability to scan and submit documents directly to RHA. Applicants and residents can also use the kiosk to apply for assistance, track their spot on a wait list, update household data, pay rent online, submit maintenance requests and more.
"RHA is constantly looking for new ways to expand our services and make them more accessible to both clients and community members," Dr. Hilary Lopez, RHA executive director, told the news outlet. "RHA is proud to provide the community with new and innovative ways to access our services."
