QuadraMed Corporation has signed an agreement with Connected Technology Solutions to bring QuadraMed's point-of-service patient registration solution to the CTS kiosk platform.
According to a new release from the companies, the integration of CTS hardware and QuadraMed's enterprise self-service software opens the "digital door" of self-service to organizations and their patients. Organizations will be able to drive patient satisfaction, improve Health Providers and Systems Survey (HCAHPS) scores, and increase revenue collections, the release said.
