Cadi, an e-commerce provider of golf clubs that utilizes an unattended kiosk that enables golfers to engage in a "try-before-you-buy" on-course product demo on a golf course, has received the endorsement of pro golfer Paul Casey, a four-time Ryder Cup participant who ranks in the top 30 on the all-time career earnings list.
Casey, who has not signed a golf equipment deal, endorsed Cadi because it allows golfers to try before they buy while finding the right club.
"Every golfer, even tour players, love to try the latest and greatest technology," Casey said in the press release. "Cadi makes it so easy to find the perfect clubs to help golfers play their best."
Cadi uses data to improve the golfer's purchase experience and connects golfers to products using an e-commerce marketplace and a network of kiosks. This allows golfers to compare themselves to other golfers of similar skill while using their experience and performance with clubs to evaluate purchase decisions.
Cadi has currently raised almost $2 million of its $5 million goal.
