MARKHAM, Ontario -- Canadian interactive kiosk developer
Power Kiosks Inc.(OTCBB:PWKK), will launch its new product, the Power Photo Baby Kiosk, with an installation at an Indiana hospital.Power Kiosks will deliver a fully operational photo-imaging kiosk to the nursery wing of Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, Ind. The kiosks incorporate on-site picture production with the capability to add various backdrops and themes to the baby's picture.
The Power Photo kiosk will replace an existing film-based photo agreement that delivered pictures several weeks after the photo session. With the kiosk, parents can view proofs of their child's photos immediately.
Based upon a successful placement and rollout, Power Kiosks anticipates that annual revenue of the Power Photo kiosk alone will be approximately $7.2 million. The unit will be distributed throughout a North American network of mass merchandisers, theme parks, restaurants, retail stores, universities, hospitals and shopping malls.
The Power Photo kiosk can be used as a stand-alone, digital photo-imaging kiosk, or, when linked electronically, as a portal to a broadcast network that delivers national and site-specific advertising and marketing messages.
