Posiflex teams with Banyan Hills Technologies on IoT platform

Posiflex recently partnered with Banyan Hills Technologies on its new IoT platform, Canopy — Empowered by Posiflex, an IoT-enabled remote monitoring service that lets the user centrally monitor, manage and control connected devices at scale, according to a press release.

With Canopy, Posiflex terminals, kiosks, tablets and peripherals can immediately send any notifications to the portal if certain hardware, network or software issues arise.

"Retail and hospitality operators can remotely monitor the health of their devices, giving them instant access to critical data on its equipment, which in turn, allows them to respond to any issues immediately," Doyle Ledford, vice president of sales and marketing for Posiflex, said in the press release.
