Pizza Hut rolls out kiosk-focused restaurant design

Pizza Hut has unveiled a redesigned restaurant concept in Plano, Texas, with a strong focus on digital technology.
A key component of this design is the implementation of self-service kiosks, allowing customers to place orders directly and customize their pizza experience, according to a press release
"This restaurant format harnesses the power of these priorities and, as a result, creates magic that only Pizza Hut can offer," Aaron Powell, CEO of Pizza Hut, said in the release.
In addition to the kiosks, the restaurant features contactless pick-up cabinets for added convenience and a drive-thru with a dedicated "Hut 'N Go" menu for quick service. The approach is designed to enhance the overall customer experience and streamline operations. The design has been successfully implemented in over 80 international markets.
