Pizza Forno has opened a 24-hour vending machine in Caledonia, marking the first of its kind in West Michigan, according to a Fox 17 report.
The vending machine offers a range of pizza options, from classic cheese to specialty pizzas, and customers can choose between a take-and-bake or freshly baked product.
The vending machines are designed for convenience, allowing customers to order and pay through a touchscreen interface. Pizzas are prepared and cooked within minutes, with the option to pre-order online up to eight hours in advance.
"You touch the screen, you order the pizza, and within four minutes, it'll be out to you hot and ready to go," license owner Michael Schram told the news outlet.
Pizza Forno plans to expand rapidly, with a goal of over 1,000 units across the U.S. by the end of 2025. In West Michigan, Schram aims to open 40 additional pizza vending machines over the next five years.
