Physical therapy firm intros kiosk to provide virtual front desk

Professional Physical Therapy, a provider of outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation services throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Hampshire, has introduced WelcomeWare, a virtual front desk solution, at over 190 of clinics, according to a press release.

WelcomeWare provides a kiosk that allows front desk staff to remotely check in patients digitally with a live agent. The platform allows clinics to never leave a front desk empty, improve staffing flexibility at a reduced cost and improve patient interactions.
