PhotoLab opens 'kiosk cafe'

Winston-Salem Journal: PhotoLab has turned part of its retail space into a kiosk cafe, "a retail store combined with digital ordering." The circular design allows multiple customers to approach the machines at once. "People can actually sit down while they order and be comfortable. ... They can check e-mail. They can order through our Web site if they like, right there," said Art Robin, owner of PhotoLab.
