Phoenix Kiosk unveils instructional videos

November 16, 2010

Phoenix Kiosk has posted numerous instructional videos on its website in order to assist kiosk owners with some of the most common kiosk maintenance tasks. The company’s new instructional video series also includes two videos on how to set up a kiosk upon its delivery.

"The videos really make it easy for our customers to understand and perform certain set-up and maintenance tasks because the work is being performed right in front of them," said Alan Work, general manager for Phoenix Kiosk.

The new videos include instruction on how to change thermal paper in a Star printer, how to replace a touch screen controller, and how to calibrate a touch screen. Each video is about one minute long, and a narrator walks the viewer through each task as a service technician performs the task on screen.

The new instructional video series adds another component to Phoenix Kiosk's website, which was redesigned and re-launched a few months ago. The new website provides efficient access to categorized lists of company products and services, including more than two dozen downloadable files. The website also features a new, informative blog.

Based in Tempe, Ariz., Phoenix Kiosk provides in-house software and hardware design, manufacturing and distribution, as well as service, support and supplies. Phoenix Kiosk is a wholly owned subsidiary of Secure Medical Inc.
