PDC, global provider of identification platforms, announced the company will demonstrate its RFID solutions at the 2014 World Waterpark Association Symposium and Trade Show in Las Vegas from October 28 to October 29.
The company will showcase its waterproof polyester PDC Smart Stretch wristband and RFID tag laminated polypropylene PDC Smart SureImage Wristband.
PDC will also demonstrate its self-service PDC Smart Wristband Kiosk, which allows patrons to purchase admission, rent lockers, print and load money onto RFID wristbands and more, the company said. The kiosk is designed to reduce labor costs and speed up transactions by eliminating the need for additional staff and reducing line congestion.
"When guests wear RFID wristbands instead of hassling with a wallet, they are able to make instant purchases with just a quick flick of the wrist, greatly boosting impulse spending," said Robin Barber, vice president of Leisure & Entertainment, in the announcement.
