Patient experience captured with Army hospital kiosks

Womack Army Medical Center at Fort Bragg in North Carolina has installed four interactive kiosks in the hospital to solicit paitent feedback, with more expected, the Fayetteville (N.C.) Observer reported. 

The kiosks are an attempt by the hospital to reach out to patients and visitors about their hospital experience. Womack Health and Support Center, clinics on post, and locations in Fayetteville and Hope Mills are the next sites in line to acquire the self-service feedback machines.
