Outerwall Inc. has announced the date for reporting the company's third quarter results.

After market close Thursday October 30, 2014, the provider of Redbox and Coinstar kiosks will issue a press release and prepared remarks on the state of the company's finances in the Investor Relations portion of its website. CEO J. Scott Di Valerio and CFO Galen C. Smith will also host a live question and answer webcast at 2:30 p.m. PDT (5:30 p.m. EDT).

The company will archive the session in the Investor Relations section of the Outerwall website, where it will be available through November 14, 2014.
