New York City restaurant Let's Poké offers self-order touchscreens

Let's Poké, a New York City restaurant that features fresh ingredients and allows customers to build their own entrée, now provides two touchscreens at the store's entrance, where customers can customize their bowl or sushi burrito with fish, chicken, tofu or beef, according to a press release.

Additional options include cauliflower rice, zucchini noodles, quail eggs, ikura, tamago, spicy kani and crispy salmon skins.
