Travelers in a hurry may no longer have to skip lunch in order to make their flights, according to techonthego.co.uk
New York's JFK and LaGuardia airports recently installed kiosks that allow customers to order food from participating airport restaurants. Restaurant employees deliver the meals to customers' gates within 10 minutes. Travelers may eat their airport cuisine at newly installed, gate-eating areas or choose the to-go option and nosh during their flight. The iPad-based kiosk also can be used to check flight details and play games.
