Miami-based mobile payments company Net Element announced the Aptito 2.0, the latest version of its cloud-based POS platform for the hospitality industry.

Miami-based mobile payments company Net Element announced the Aptito 2.0, the latest version of its cloud-based POS platform for the hospitality industry.

Version 2.0 is designed for iOS 8.1 and includes business management analytics.

Other upgrades include:

• Offline mode for merchants to remain online when the Internet connection is lost in the cloud, which is synchronized with Amazon cloud; 
• An interactive ordering kiosk with a digital menu;
• A digital menu module for self-ordering;
• Tableside ordering with Aptito's next generation portable mobile POS system; and 
• Business management and analytics covering market sales and revenue analytics
