Nayax payment device includes cash acceptance

Nayax, a provider of cashless payment technology, has introduced is VPOS Fusion payment device which adds a cash payment option via third-party bill validators, according to a press release. ICT, Pyramid Technologies and Innovative Technology will provide the bill validators.

"We understand that customers approach payments differently and wanted to offer a device that addresses every consumers' payment preferences," Yair Nechmad, Nayax CEO, said in the press release. "This ensures that no customer will be turned away and no sale opportunity is missed."

In addition to cash, the VPOS Fusion payment methods include credit and debit cards, mobile app payments, QR codes, prepaid cards and Nayax's own payment app, Monyx Wallet. 

The VPOS Fusion, which features a color touchscreen and voice interaction, also gives operators access to remote monitoring, cash accountability and digital marketing tools.
