Nayax, a global provider of cashless payments and telemetry solutions, has become the first payment partner to integrate Visa's suite of sensory branding cues in its latest version of its mobile payment application, Nayax announced in a press release. Nayax created its Monyx Wallet to enable digital payments at unattended automated machines and facilitate consumer engagement.
Monyx Wallet users in 21 countries will be among the first to experience Visa's sensory branding suite when they buy a product or reload credit on the app using their Visa cards. Nayax leveraged Visa's sensory branding software development kit found on the Visa Developer Platform for integration into the Monyx Wallet app.
Visa developed a branded suite of sound, animation and haptic cues that support the trust, security and convenience of its brand. The combination of a sound, vibration and animated Visa logo immediately communicates to consumers that their payment — sometimes made in the absence of a traditional payment card — has been successfully authorized and that the transaction is complete.
"Nayax already enjoys a long-time working relationship with Visa, a world leader in digital payments, and is excited that Monyx Wallet is the first application to incorporate Visa's suite of sensory branding globally," Carly Furman, CEO, Nayax LCC, said in the press release. "Introducing these new digital representations of the Visa brand into our solutions will give Nayax consumers and operators the assurance they have come to expect when they use Visa."
Monyx Wallet is Nayax's digital payment application for unattended machines, which seamlessly integrates with Nayax's cashless payment devices and management system. The application offers operators of unattended machines the opportunity to market their businesses and build customer loyalty with branding, virtual coupon cards, advertising and other consumer engagement campaigns for unattended machines.
