MoneyGram changes fees at U.S. kiosks and stores

MoneyGram announced new low fees for U.S. to U.S. money transfers above $50.

The fee is now a flat rate of $11.50 for transfers between $50 and $900. MoneyGram will charge a two percent fee for transfers greater than $900 and $5.00 or less for transfers of $50 or less. The new rate applies to MoneyGram's 41,000 locations.

The company also rolled out full-service transaction kiosks with interactive touchscreens that will also charge the new fees, the company said.
