MicroTouch launches rugged tablet, outdoor touchscreens for retail, QSRs

MicroTouch has introduced two touchscreen products designed to enhance operations in retail and quick-service restaurants: the rugged Mobile Tablet M1-101RT-A1 and the Outdoor Open Frame Series of weather-resistant displays, according to a press release.
The tablet features a 10.1-inch display, waterproof IP67 housing, NFC payment support and an integrated Zebra barcode scanner for mobile POS and inventory management. The Outdoor Open Frame displays, available in 10.1-, 21.5-, and 27-inch models, deliver 1,500-nit brightness and IP66-rated protection for drive-thru kiosks, menu boards and digital signage.
"These launches represent the final pieces in our comprehensive retail and QSR solution puzzle," Daniel Hu, managing director for APAC at MicroTouch, said in the release. "Our unified product portfolio ensures consistent performance and simplified support across all customer touchpoints."
Both product lines are available globally through MicroTouch's authorized partners.
