Landmark records software has allowed Mesa County, Colo. to provide citizens with efficient and responsive tools, such as online access to marriage license kiosks that reduce the wait time in applying for a marriage license, according to a press release. Using Landmark, the Mesa County clerk and recorder can scan all recordable documents immediately upon receipt. As soon as a new document is recorded in Landmark, it becomes available on a public website in real time.
"My staff reports that the dashboard is a really nice feature," said Sheila Reiner, the Mesa County clerk and recorder. "It is far more efficient for us to have our customers maintain their own Internet account. I love being able to provide our citizens with a solution to easily access their public documents from anywhere."
Mesa County joins a growing list of customers in Colorado to sign on for Landmark from Pioneer Technology Group, and the 24th to go live.
The city and county of Denver have already received efficiency gains from Benchmark, Pioneer’s court case management software, earlier this year. In addition to Landmark and Benchmark, Pioneer fields a suite of software solutions for tourist and bed tax collection, property deed sales and jury management.
"Our partnerships with customers is something we take a lot of pride in and the relationship we have built with the Mesa team is no exception," said Ryan Crowley, Pioneer vice president of sales and marketing. "We believe this to be the beginning of a long and successful partnership, and anticipate even greater developments in years to come."
