SEATTLE -- Mercury Online Solutions Inc., provider of digital-signage networks, including interactive kiosks and large-format dynamic screens, is one of 18 featured partners at the new NEC-Mitsubishi Display Solutions Pavilion.
The 1,200-square-foot pavilion opened last week and is located at NEC-Mitsubishi's corporate headquarters in Itasca, Ill. The pavilion highlights turn-key digital display solutions in vertical markets. It features the interactive kiosks and screens of AT&T Wireless' digital messaging system, a large-scale digital signage network installed in 900 stores nationwide that is managed and maintained by Mercury Online Solutions.
"Effective digital signage networks are the result of strong and effective partnerships in the industry," said John Eisenhauer, CEO of Mercury Online Solutions, in a news release. "Quality, reliability and the respect and strong working relationships we enjoy with leading industry providers like NEC-Mitsubishi continue to be key to our growth and the success of the digital-signage industry."
Installation of interactive digital display networks is increasing in many vertical markets including retail, restaurants, airports, financial services, medical, corporate and education. A recent study by Jack Morton Worldwide revealed that "experiential marketing programs" facilitate a faster purchase decision over advertising and direct mail.
