Medical registration kiosks go offline temporarily in Nova Scotia

July 26, 2019

An update to the patient registration system caused registration kiosks to stop working temporarily Thursday morning in Halifax, West Hants and Eastern Shore in Nova Scotia, Canada, according to a Chronicle Herald report.

The kiosks were up and running after the staff addressed an error that caused the kiosks not to work properly, spokeswoman Carla Adams for the Nova Scotia Health Authority said Thursday afternoon.

Adams said no further delays are expected with registrations.
